The goal of the Aqua Reef® Restaurant is to offer our patrons the best of Euro Asian Cuisine served in the spirit of east-meets-west as Dim Sum, Sushi, and Tapas. From Japan to China, Thailand, Vietnam, Spain, Italy, France and the Americas, we will take your palate on a tour around the world. We offer cuisine created using only the freshest seasonal ingredients bought locally when possible.

 
Guests will have the option to be seated at the engaging a la carte aqua bar or in the comfortable dining area. The aqua bar will be the focal point of the restaurant with a soothing stream of water propelling a variety of individually plated dishes, delivered in wooden boats from the kitchen directly to guests. As they drift by, the guest can select the item of their choice. The menu will be complimented by premium sake, exotic import beers and fine wines from around the world.

Aqua Reef® Restaurant offers a warm fusion of traditional and contemporary elegance with Euro-Asian design, dark wood accents, layered stone walls, glowing candlelight and soothing waterfalls. Aqua Reef® Restaurant is open seven days, Lunch 11:30 am - 2:00 pm, Dinner 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
